ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Genevieve Allen is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience across strategy, leadership, operations, business development, marketing, and culture. She is the Founder, CEO and Master Franchisor of Club Engage, South Africa’s leading provider of customised and outsourced aftercare and holiday care solutions.

Genevieve also serves as a Director of Rainbow Schools in Botswana and the Diamond Women’s Network, an NGO supporting female-owned businesses. In addition, she is a facilitator and learning coach for Stellenbosch University, Duke Corporate Education, and Wits Business School, specialising in strategic planning, leadership, and marketing. She holds two Master’s degrees, including a Master’s in Innovation, and was recently elected as a Board Member of FASA, the Franchise Association of South Africa.
